Dr. Richard S. Voss is a professor in human-resource management at Troy University’s Dothan Campus and a founding member of the Entrepreneurship Council. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in French, German, and Spanish from the University of California, a Master of Science in International Relations from Troy State University, a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Troy State University, and a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Alabama, where he researched entrepreneurial values as his dissertation topic. He has published in the Journal of International Business, the Journal of Human Resources Education, the Journal of Education for Business, the International Journal of the Academic Business World, and several conference proceedings. As a researcher, his current areas of interest include comparative national culture, business strategy, and talent management.
